A Message From Our Pastor
Hello! It is my honor to serve as the pastor of Sewell Valley Baptist Church. Sewell Valley is a warm and friendly church where you will find a wonderful church home and family.
Our mission is to know Christ and to live to make Him known. We desire that every person know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and become actively involved in a local New Testament church.
At Sewell Valley, you will find Christ-honoring music and Biblical preaching and teaching. We would love for you and your family to join us for one of our services soon!
Pastor Brian Copeland
About our Pastor
Pastor Brian was raised in a Christian home in the North Georgia mountains. He was saved at the age of 12 and surrendered to be preacher of the gospel at the age of 16. He attended The Crown College in Powell, Tennessee. Prior to coming to Sewell Valley Baptist Church, Pastor Brian served as Assistant and Youth Pastor for 12 years.
Pastor Brian accepted the call to be Pastor of Sewell Valley Baptist Church in August 2024. He is married to his wife, Stacey, and they have two children - Charley Grace and Blake.
